The Bell Apartments Pet Policy
The Bell Apartments is a pet friendly apartment community in Trenton, New Jersey. The Bell wants you and your furry family members to love your new home.
- Cats, small dogs and service animals are welcome.
- Pets must be on-leash in public places at all times
- Small dogs and cats under 35lbs (mature weight)
- One (1) pet per apartment
- $150 one time non-refundable pet free
- NO monthly rent per dog
- NO monthly rent per cat
Although we love your pets, all animals must be pre-approved and house-trained. No breeding of any permitted animal is allowed. For more information, please contact the Leasing Office.
We do not allow exotic pets on the premises.
