Yes, we absolutely love pets. The Bell Apartments is a pet-friendly apartment community and wants you and your furry family members to love your new home. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $150.00 and there is NO monthly rent for cats or dogs. Small dogs, cats and service animals under 35lbs (mature weight). One (1) pet per apartment. All pets must be on-leash or in a carrier in public places at all times. We do not allow exotic pets on the premises.
